We need you to take action for the NYS Fair Pay Act (S.955) again! The bill made it through the Labor Committee but we are having trouble getting it onto the agenda of the Finance Committee or of the Senate Democratic Conference. So now we need a blitz of emails and phone calls, so that S.955 comes out of conference and onto the floor for a vote. When you use this link to easily send an e-mail to your Senator, ask him/her to contact Majority Leader Malcolm Smith to put it onto the Conference Agenda. Lastly, if your Senator is one of the co-sponsors of this bill, please give them a call to thank them and urge them to speak with Majority Leader Smith. Co-Sponsors: C.
